In some ways, I think I’ve always been a coach—gravitating toward roles where I could help someone find their footing, trust their voice, and stand in their own power.
When I walked into my first coach training program over a decade ago (insert a deep “where did the time go?” sigh here), it felt like coming home. I was hearing a language I already knew—one that resonated in my cells.
I love coaching. The skills, the practice, the presence, the magic that happens when you hold space for someone to connect with their own wisdom—it all lights me up.
And when I get to support other coaches in developing their mastery—their confidence, steadiness, and depth of practice—count me in.
That’s what led me to become a Coach Educator, Certified Mentor Coach (Level 1 and Level 2), Coach Supervisor, and ICF-trained Level 1 & 2 Assessor. I bring the same curiosity and compassion I offer my clients into my work with coaches—because our growth as coaches is never “done.”
I created ROOTED™, a nervous-system-informed, trauma-aware program for coaches, to help deepen understanding of safety, presence, and the science behind human connection. I also co-designed the Coach Mentorship Group and The Gathering, both spaces where coaches come together to grow in community, renew credentials, and expand their range with authenticity and heart.
This October, I get to present at ICF Converge, the International Coaching Federation’s global conference, sharing how psychological safety unlocks client growth and coaching impact—a topic at the core of everything I teach and practice.

The Gathering
Co-created with Carolyn Hamilton-Kuby, The Gathering is a year-long small-group supervision program for experienced coaches who want to stay connected to their practice—and to each other.
Together, we explore the real and rich conversations that come with coaching: the questions, the successes, and the ongoing growth that keeps this work alive.
Held monthly from January – December 2026, The Gathering blends reflection, community, and learning through the lens of the ICF Core Competencies.
Participants earn 34.5 CCE hours that can be applied toward ICF credential renewal.

The Coach Mentorship Group
Co-created with Carolyn Hamilton-Kuby, the Coach Mentorship Group is a supportive, small-group experience designed for coaches applying for or renewing their ICF ACC or PCC credentials.
This highly experiential program combines 7 hours of group and 3 hours of one-on-one mentoring, meeting all ICF requirements for mentor coaching.
Upon completion, participants earn 10 Mentor Coaching Hours that satisfy ICF credential application or renewal requirements, along with 25.5 ICF CCE units.

ROOTED™: Nervous-System-Informed, Trauma-Aware Coach Development
ROOTED™ is an eight-session immersive program for coaches who want to deepen their practice and presence through a nervous-system-informed, trauma-aware lens.
It blends neuroscience, trauma awareness, and practical coaching application to help you create safer, more grounded, and more effective coaching relationships. You’ll explore how the nervous system shapes connection, learn to co-regulate in real time, and strengthen your capacity to stay present—especially when things get tender or complex.
Over 10 weeks, you’ll engage in experiential learning, reflection, and real-world integration that expand both your confidence and your ability to hold space for the whole human.
Participants earn 26 ICF CCE units applicable toward credential renewal.
