That's me (points over there...).

In addition to being a mom, partner, daughter, and proud member of my soul tribe, I’ve spent the last decade helping leaders, teams, and coaches step into their power and do their work from a place that feels grounded, real, and alive.

I am also a coach’s coach – educating and mentoring aspiring coaches to develop and hone their own skills, presence and practice.

And I’m a human-centered leadership advocate — helping those in healthcare and beyond lead with courage, care, and clarity.

I own my drive, my passion, my ever-messy home, piles of laundry and my love for 90s R&B music.
